Policeman drawing with a simple pencil

Policeman simple pencil is the easiest drawing option. In the creative process, you will only need a simple pencil, a soft eraser, and a white sheet:

  1. Like any drawing, this image will begin with an approximate outline of proportions and an outline. You can arm yourself in advance with two kinds of simple pencils: a soft pencil and a medium soft pencil. With a soft pencil, with a light movement of the hand without strong pressure, it is necessary to outline the lines of the head, upper part of the torso, arms, legs and lower part of the torso. A harder pencil can then be used to make the lines clear and highlight the details.
  2. Let's start with the head. The sketch of the head lines should look like a cross, with the horizontal part shorter than the vertical part. The corners are slightly rounded, so that the image appears three-dimensional. An oval is drawn around the sketch, connecting the edges of the cross with each other. All lines are drawn with ease.
  3. Neck at the stage of sketching is a single line. It is necessary to complete it with two more vertical lines and connect them to the shoulders.
  4. Next, the head is finalized. Basically, the police uniform implies a cap on the head. To draw the cap first 2 parallel lines are drawn, and then connected to each other in the form of an elongated downward arc. You get the visor. Next, an angular rectangle is drawn over the visor as the basis for the main part of the cap. From the rectangle draw lines looking to the sides and connect them to the main figure. Next we draw a figure in the form of a cockade. The result is a beautiful police cap. Police officers tend to have rather short haircuts, so you can draw short hair visible from under the cap.
  5. It's time to think about the clothes of the policeman. We start with the collar. Leaving a small strip, so that the neck is visible, it is necessary to sketch an inverted triangle. Down below the triangle, a line is drawn, which will be the basis for placing buttons along it. The sleeves of police officers are most often long or rolled up, and there are pockets and a police order on the chest.
  6. No police officer's costume is without shoulder straps, which symbolize merit and professional success.
  7. When the main part of the police jacket is drawn, you can proceed to the bottom, but first drawn belt. At the waist is a belt with a buckle.
  8. Underneath, dark pants and boots are drawn.
  9. The silhouette of the policeman and all the key details are outlined with a hard pencil.
  10. If there is a desire, you can complement the image of a policeman with a shepherd dog or a service car in the background.

Thus, the policeman in a step-by-step manner turned out well. Now it is worth considering a more difficult way of how to draw a police officer.

Drawing a police officer with paints.

As a rule, it all starts with a sketch. But this time you need to properly place the silhouette of a police officer on the sheet. You can draw not full-length, but starting from the chest.

Also next to it let's depict a German shepherd, which is a faithful friend and helper of police officers, especially during the investigation of crimes.

Materials that are sure to be needed: a thick album page, two pencils of different hardness, eraser, jar of water, ordinary gouache, a few standard brushes, palette or some container for mixing colors.

  1. Mark the location of the upper part of the body with lines and dots in the same way as in the first method of drawing a policeman.
  2. Do not forget about the sketch of the dog. Using lines clearly show in what places is the head, torso, ears, you can even draw a muzzle.
  3. Fine lines are used to highlight details and trace body parts: shoulders, neck, face oval, ears.
  4. Next, on the body we put the uniform on: all the folds are well traced, don't leave out other important details, like the police order, epaulettes on the shoulders.
  5. Now we move on to the face. First, we need to determine the gender of the police officer: will it be a man or a woman? Men make up the bulk of civil servants in the police force, so let's try to make a very realistic picture of a male face. Use the lines to make sketches that will help you portray the facial features in a proportional way. Men's facial features, especially those of a policeman, should be quite masculine and expressive. Usually the cheekbones are very pronounced. There is vegetation on the face. The look is expressive and confident and can be conveyed with expressive lines.
  6. Before uncoloring, using eraser, one should get rid of all unnecessary lines and imperfections, done during sketching.
  7. Then begins the dissolving. We will use gouache. It is possible to try to mix colors and get as a result a shade as similar to the color of the skin as possible. Types of mixing shades: brown with white for a beige shade or red with white for a pinkish shade. The entire surface of the skin should be evenly colored with the resulting color, but pay attention to facial features, shadows, and draw them with darker colors. It is necessary to define the color of eyes, and to color lips with a reddish shade.
  8. After the face is drawn, it is time to paint the police uniform. It does not have to be dark, as the color of the uniforms varies from country to country. In our country, the uniform is dark blue, so we paint the entire uniform in this color, paying attention to the folds and other details. The base color of the uniform is dark, and the folds are drawn in a darker color. Do not forget about the cap.
  9. The police drawing has finally turned out. We have drawn the figure of the policeman, now we need to draw the dog and color it. German Shepherds, which police officers most often use in search operations, are colored in two colors: reddish brown and black. The sheepdog also has brown eyes. With sharp and light lines with a thin brush we draw the coat. Do not forget about the ears, nose and teeth.

Important recommendation for drawing: use illustrative images. Find a reference in advance. For example, for this drawing you will need an image of a police uniform with all the details, such as epaulettes and a police order. Images of the man's face and a German Shepherd must be prepared.

Humorous image of a tough cop

It is not at all necessary to try to portray the policeman as believably as possible. This image will turn out humorous, because police officers are not only serious, but also know how to be tough guys!

  1. Drawing the image starts with the head. We start by drawing a sketch in the shape of a cross, rounding the edges. If you know how to draw an oval evenly in one motion, you won't need the sketch, but you can use it to make the artistic process a lot easier.
  2. After drawing the oval, you can begin to portray facial features and some of the attributes of the profession of policeman. Let the policeman have square sunglasses on his nose. Also draw the lips, nose, eyebrows over the glasses, ears. Let the chin be a little pointed.
  3. Next we draw a cap on the head. Draw it in such a way that first we draw a rectangular figure, add a few more lines to it and connect it. To depict the visor, we connect the vertical lines with horizontal ones and draw a convex arc.
  4. From the chin draw down an inverted triangle. To the pointed part of the inverted triangle trace a collar. From the sharpest edge of the triangle draw a line down, which divides the shape into two parts. On one part there is a pocket with a button on the chest and on the other part there is a star as an order. Next we draw the shoulder straps.
  5. Draw the entire upper part of the torso, the waist is depicted with a strap. The arms are at the sides, even behind the back. Next, from the waist, the legs and boots are drawn from the front.

At the end of each drawing, it is worth a hard and well-sharpened pencil to draw the details.
